When you Function with Gumption, you take responsibility for three things:

  1. The way you think (Mindset)
  2. The way you act (Behavior)
  3. The way you interact with others (Relationships)

 

When you Function with Wellness Gumption, you take responsibility for these three areas:

  1. Your nutrition (what you eat, drink, and additional supplements)
  2. Your movement (exercise)
  3. Your rest (sleeping)

 

Gumption is all about taking responsibility.
Wellness Gumption is taking responsibility for your health and wellness.
